REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Policy Overview

At LBH Corporation, we are committed to our clients. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. The are the terms and conditions of our Refund and Return Policy.

Returnable Items

Items can be returned within 10 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

-Unused and in the same condition that you received it

-In its original packaging

-Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

-Please note that items, such as "customized products," "sale items," "digital products," etc. cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

-Contact us at business@lbhcorporation.com to notify us that you would like to return your product.

-Once we respond, we will provide further instructions on where to send the returned item(s).

-Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase in the package.

-Send your item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

NOTE:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at business@lbhcorporation.com, providing details about the product and the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund for such issues.
